paths, cycling is a great exercise but fear
of busy roads puts a lot of people off. Some
local authorities offer cycle proficiency
training and would be happy to run a session
on your estate.

in with local arts projects to offer
workshops or activities, like art classes,
drama, dance, creative writing, reminiscence
workshops and tai chi. Taking part in
creative activities can be very therapeutic
and great fun.
